Howsham Village Hall has now reopened for all your party bookings again, they charge £8 per hour, they don't charge for set up or clearing away all they ask is that you leave the hall clean and everything packed tidily. If it is a children's party you get use of the park to play in too! So you get a quiet cuppa while they play.
